Big Beaver Energy is committed to providing a smooth and reliable shipping experience. Below you’ll find important information about how and when orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
1. Order Processing & Shipping Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 4–10 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you by email. Delivery times may also be impacted by holidays or carrier delays outside of our control.
2. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Because orders are processed quickly, address changes can only be made within a limited timeframe. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at info@bigbeaverenergy.com. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
3. Undeliverable Packages
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs and/or a restocking fee. Fees will vary depending on the circumstances.
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Big Beaver Energy is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors or household members
- Contacting the shipping carrier directly
- Filing a report with local authorities if necessary
5. Returns
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, products must be:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In their original condition
Additional return instructions will be provided upon request.
6. Out-of-Stock Items
If part of your order is temporarily out of stock, we may ship available items first and send the remaining items once they are back in stock. If there are any significant delays, we will notify you.
7. International Orders, Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs fees, or taxes required by the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not controlled by Big Beaver Energy.
