Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, in their original condition, with original tags (if applicable). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@bigbeaverenergy.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Big Beaver Returns, PO Box 150497, Grand Rapids MI 49515.
Returns must include tracking so that both you and we can verify delivery.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, or where otherwise required by applicable law. This applies to both domestic and international orders, including orders shipped to the European Union. International customers should note that return shipping costs may be significantly higher than the shipping charges originally paid at checkout because our fulfillment partners ship from regional facilities, while all returns must be sent to our return address in the United States.
Many orders are fulfilled by regional production partners located near the delivery destination to reduce shipping costs and delivery times. However, all approved returns must be sent to our return address in the United States. As a result, return shipping costs may be higher than the original shipping charges you paid.
Approved refunds include the purchase price actually paid for the returned item(s). Original shipping charges are not refundable except where required by law or where the return results from our error. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping and it will not be included in your refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We cannot accept returns on tips or cash contributions. If you purchased your item with a gift card, we can issue a return onto your gift card. If you purchased your items with a discount code, coupon, etc, and your order results in a refund, you will receive the amount paid. If said order results in a replacement, it will be of equal item, regardless of current price.
Exchanges
If you’d prefer to do an exchange, we can so long as there is no difference in product price. Discuss your preferences with us when organizing the return.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
