Shipping Guidance
If your order has difficulties with delivery, the first step is to work with the courier service delivering your parcel. We cannot do these steps for you - we are prevented from contacting the courier about it in many instances. And, we are based in the USA and cannot contact couriers in other countries due to various restrictions.
After working with the courier, please contact us if the item is deemed lost or otherwise undeliverable.
